With over fifteen years in recruiting and human resources, the OrganizeYourPeople founders bring a depth of knowledge and a unique perspective on the administrative challenges of growing a business. OrganizeYourPeople is led by and comprised of HR and technology professionals who recognized a need for a simple HR tool, tailor-made for small and medium sized businesses. The tool had to be accessed online from anywhere, for employees to check vacation times, prove certain certifications, and arrange meetings and events. It had to empower managers to retain employee information securely and centrally, and ensure they were not spending their limited time on administrative busywork. We are a company of people who believe HR doesn't need to be cumbersome or oppressive. At OrganizeYourPeople, we know that centralizing HR information and appropriately distributing access leads to efficiency, focus, and serenity. With an HR system that almost takes care of itself, managing and encouraging growth is easy. Organization is a wonderful experience, all companies should experience it!

Nadeem Fatmi

President

Nadeem Fatmi, current President has vast experience in developing solutions for small businesses. His most recent work includes rolling out selection assessments, performance management, succession planning, employee management and planning solutions for micro, small and medium sized businesses. With over 15 years in IT and MBA in Organization Management, Nadeem brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to OYP. I am excited to join OYP and we are planning exciting new features to roll out this year.

Jennifer Aubin

Co-Founder

Jennifer Aubin, Co-Founder, and her partners created OrganizeYourPeople when they noticed a need for simple tools in the HR industry. With over 15 years of experience in the HR field Jennifer has held senior positions at technology companies Material Insight, IonXphere Inc and Kidsphoto Canada. She has developed a diverse set of skills including project management, recruiting, relationship management and marketing. In addition to OrganizeYourPeople she is also the President of TechBent, an HR and recruiting firm that focuses on the technology sector. Outside of her industry Jennifer is interested the growing technology sector as well as health and exercise.

Kevin Sedran

Co-Founder

Kevin has a strong background in both hardware and software design. During his work in the hardware divisions of IBM and Seagate Technology he learned the skills of project management and troubleshooting which he would apply to his software developer career when he made the transition.

While he was at ATCO I-Tek as a Systems Analyst Kevin was a member of the tier 1 support team that develops, supports, and maintains over 100 enterprise applications throughout the ATCO group of companies. It was during this time that he was approached by his Co-Founder Jennifer Aubin with an idea that would eventually become OrganizeYourPeople.

He began architecting the software for OrganizeYourPeople in the winter of 2010. By October 2011 an alpha version of the OrganizeYourPeople software was launched. Outside of software developing Kevin is an avid golfer and snowboarder, and takes a keen interest in personal investing and financial planning. Kevin holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in addition to certification for coding C#.NET.
